ENGLAND
Benefiting from a century of entrepreneurial experience, House of Louis®’ UK operations are based in Stratford-upon-Avon, England. The UK offices were established to provide property broking, property management and entrepreneurial services for the enterprises property acquisitions in Europe, which include both commercial and residential properties.
GERMANY
The property acquisitions team expanded its global footprint to include a number of key property acquisitions in Northern & Southern Germany, which comprise both retail and residential properties in prime locations. The property management is outsourced to the Group’s England division.
SINGAPORE
The House of Louis® brands Banc Roche, CFD Markets and HLCM operate in Singapore with a select team of inhouse experts. A small property portfolio is also being established together with a Hotel ownership and management mandate.
SOUTH AFRICA
South Africa is the birth place of the Louis family, which has grown from its foundation in Bloemfontein in 1914 to its current form as a multi-faceted family owned enterprise with interests in property, hotels, technology, financial markets and venture capital. The African HQ is based in Cape Town, where the Group has substantial interests in commercial, industrial, office and retail property. A selection of Cape Boutique Hotels and a private wine estate are also located in the Western Cape.
SWITZERLAND
Switzerland has again been ranked #1 by the World Economic Forum's Global Competitiveness Report, re-emphasising the advantages of operating from Switzerland. The Group invests in Swiss real estate.
